Shri Praveen Saxena, RED (NR) reviewed NTPC Tanda on 9th November 2022. Shri B C Polai, CGM (Tanda) welcomed him along with senior executives of the station.

Shri Saxena visited various plant locations such as Stage-I Ash Dyke, Silo Utility Building, Road along U#6 Boiler, FGD absorber cum chimney area, FGD material handling area, road between ID fan & ESP onwards & Service building/canteen along compressor house road. He also interacted with operation executives of Stage-II Control Room.

After having a review meeting with senior executives of the station, he also held an interactive meeting with Unions and Association. During review of the station performance, he shared his valuable feedback and guidance especially on Safety & other important aspects.

Thereafter he visited the township and reviewed new constructions.

He was accompanied by Shri BC Polai CGM(T), Shri K Gangopadhyay, GM (O&M), Shri Atul Gupta GM(P), Shri P L Narsimha, GM (FM), Shri S N Panigrahi, GM (HR), Shri Abhoy Mishra, GM (Opn) and other senior officials of NTPC Tanda during his visit.
